Title: Sales Enablement Specialist (EMEA)
Job Location: EMEA, remote, UK preferred (possibility for office space in Leeds or Newcastle)

What You Will Do

  • Primary responsibility is focused on providing enablement of sales tools to drive utilization and adoption for both direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Provide basic administration and training for sales enablement tools
  • Drive enhancements to user experience within these tools
  • Collaborate with Trimble’s AECO Sales Enablement team as well as product subject matter experts & sales leadership to create engaging training content to support onboarding efforts, key product launches, and ongoing enablement.
  • Manage content in learning and content management systems and assign learners to appropriate content.
  • Manage event and ILT meeting logistics, including assignment and tracking in the LMS.
  • Contribute to the development of team processes; assist team members in tool administration; identify approaches to optimize tools and delivery of enablement. 

What Skills, Knowledge & Experience You Should Bring

Tools and Technology

  • Demonstrated ability to provide basic user administration and manage technical integrations
  • Proficient in using technology to manage tasks and stay organized (Asana, Google Workplace)
  • Experience of sales enablement platforms, e.g. Seismic, Gong
  • Basic video editing and recording skills (Camtasia, Adobe, or similar)

Self-Management and Soft Skills

  • Communicate efficiently & proactively, both verbally and in writing
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and good judgement in interactions with coworkers, customers, and vendors
  • Take initiative, anticipating needs and taking responsibility for following through

Education 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Sales Enablement, Business, Adult Education, Data Analytics or equivalent experience
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

You Could Also Bring Experience of:

  • Using the Google Suite
  • Driving adoption of sales tools such as Gong and Seismic
  • Project Management tools such as Asana
  • Salesforce 
  • Creating basic web pages
  • Basic data analysis

About Your Location
This position can be a remote, hybrid or full-time in office location, preferably in the UK, other locations within Europe can be considered too. The manager for this role is in Paris, France.

The AECO Sales Enablement team focuses on supporting our Construction Sector, but also serves as a leader within the organization for operational efficiencies, training quality and development of best practices across Trimble. We support sales, sales enablement, product, sales operations and customer service/support teams with regular cross-collaboration into strategic initiatives across the organization.
