Mission
As a Sales Engineer, your goal will be to manage client requests, evaluate application needs, and provide suitable engine solutions. You will play a key role in promoting premium brands and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and proactive sales support. Working alongside an experienced senior engineer, you will receive mentoring and hands-on training to accelerate your professional development within a well-established engineering environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and requests related to engine applications and engine service support.
- Preparing commercial offers and technical documentation for clients in Greece and abroad.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and post-sales support.
- Supporting market development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Providing technical advice and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Participating in training sessions and staying informed about product updates, technological trends, and competitor offerings.
- Representing the organization and its international brands with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in sales/technical support within the marine, automotive, or mechanical engineering sector.
- Degree from a Technical Educational Institute (TEI) or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical, Marine, or Electrical Engineering.
- Solid command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong interest in marine engines, propulsion systems, or related mechanical products.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with marine engines or power equipment.
- Exposure to international markets or technical sales roles.
- Familiarity with high-performance engine brands.
