What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress seeks a Sales Manager to join our quickly growing EMEA sales team. As the Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a team that fosters exemplary communication and engagement with our prospective customers and partners to help them meet their business objectives through new offerings, training, education, and empowerment. In this role, you will provide the team with internal support, feedback on personal growth, and expertise in deal creativity and inspection to ensure your sales team is set up for success. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing.

Success in this sales motion will be measured by the new logo and ARR Growth, as well as the ability to drive activity and outcomes across a team of individual contributors.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Account Executives in our EMEA region
  • Translate technical concepts into business value for clients
  • Achieve team plan based on both new logo metrics and ARR Growth
  • Own deal inspection and forward movement based on the MEDDPICC framework
  • Accurately forecast 30-90 days out based on deal reviews and leading indicators
  • Work closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline and align technical resources for your team
  • Reinforce Huntress’ culture and values - Own it, Elevate it, Send it!
  • Travel requirements for customer events, trade shows, and company on-sites: 20% of the time

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Customer/Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on mid-market and below
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other similar CRM platforms
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
  • Knowledge of / relationships in the IT resale partner space is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • New starter home office set up reimbursement (£398)
  • Generous personal leave entitlements
  • Digital monthly reimbursement (£92)
  • Travel to the US 1-2 times/year for various company events
  • Pension
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.

We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.
