We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our standard 25 days holiday (which goes up the longer you’re with us), and a matched pension scheme, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have one charity day allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you

You are a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record of acquiring new logo clients and delivering consistent pipeline and ARR growth. You excel in consultative selling, driving executive-level conversations, and managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

You are digitally fluent, comfortable leveraging video, content and social platforms to engage prospects, and disciplined in using CRM and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to drive deal velocity and forecasting accuracy.

Above all, you bring energy, resilience, competitiveness, and a passion for winning new business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across your target market

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through proactive outbound activity, events, referrals and channel partners

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, running structured and high-quality discovery, demos and business cases

  • Execute value-based, consultative selling (MEDDICC / Sandler or similar)

  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasting and pipeline discipline using CRM

  • Collaborate with marketing, SDRs and product teams to drive campaign success

  • Champion Access value across the buyer journey and senior stakeholders

  • Stay informed on market dynamics and competitor landscape to influence GTM strategy

  • Travel to customers and HQ as required (must hold a UK driving licence)

You will bring:

  • Proven track record of exceeding new business / new logo sales targets

  • Strong outbound prospecting skills — not just waiting on inbound leads

  • Confidence engaging senior executives and multiple stakeholders

  • Experience structuring complex deals and commercial proposals

  • High energy, resilience and a competitive mindset

  • Strong CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills

  • Ideally SaaS / tech industry experience (not essential for the right talent)
