About you

You are a high-performing new business sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring new logo clients and delivering consistent pipeline and ARR growth. You excel in consultative selling, driving executive-level conversations, and managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.

You are digitally fluent, comfortable leveraging video, content and social platforms to engage prospects, and disciplined in using CRM and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to drive deal velocity and forecasting accuracy.

Above all, you bring energy, resilience, competitiveness, and a passion for winning new business.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across your target market
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline through proactive outbound activity and partner channels
  • Own the full sales cycle, from demand creation and qualification to negotiation and close
  • Develop compelling value-based proposals and run structured sales processes
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to support campaigns and drive lead generation
  • Accurately forecast performance and pipeline metrics, using CRM best practice
  • Share market insights, competitor intelligence and customer feedback to help shape go-to-market plans
  • Travel to customers and events when required (UK driving licence needed)

You will bring:

  • Proven track record in new business SaaS / technology sales
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills — outbound mindset
  • A consultative sales style with the ability to engage confidently at C-suite level
  • Track record of consistently hitting and exceeding new business targets & KPIs
  • Structured approach to qualification and deal control (MEDDICC/Sandler or similar)
  • Ability to create compelling commercial proposals and business cases
  • Self-starter mentality, entrepreneurial approach, and high personal accountability
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
