At monday.com, we’re on a mission to empower teams to achieve their best. As we expand across the DACH region, we’re looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to build, lead, and grow a team of high-performing Account Executives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our presence in the region, backed by the momentum of a $1B ARR, publicly traded company.

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our Munich office—owning strategy, influencing growth, and driving impact.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in our brand new Munich office, Rindermarkt – steps from Marienplatz)


About The Role

What You’ll Do:

- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of Mid-Market Account Executives focused on the DACH region.

- Drive Performance: Own team targets for ARR, cross-sell, and retention, aligning execution with strategic goals and OKRs.

- Sales Excellence: Build and scale sales processes, support deal strategy, and champion a customer-first approach.

- Mentor & Develop: Be a hands-on leader who thrives on building a winning team culture through coaching, feedback, and enablement.

- Shape the Strategy: Contribute directly to the regional go-to-market strategy while leveraging the support of a global sales organization


Requirements

What You Bring:

- 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally in high-growth or scale-up environments  

- 3+ years of experience as a quota-carrying Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executive  

- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams that exceed targets  

- Experience navigating complex B2B sales cycles and selling with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage negotiations involving multiple stakeholders  

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent in both German and English  

- High EQ leadership style – transparent, empathetic, accountable  

- Passion for mentoring, hiring, and developing top-tier talent  

- BA/BS required; MBA or relevant experience a plus  

- Self-starter mentality, thrives in dynamic and evolving environments
