Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market reach in line with the Iberia Sales Strategy.

  • Offer Management: Oversee the entire offer process, from scope definition to technical detailing and solution pricing.

  • Sales Coordination: Lead and coordinate sales activities with end customers and partners.

  • Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Sales in defining effective sales strategies for Spain’s New & Used Machine markets.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Order Negotiation: Ensure all sales orders meet defined gross margin targets.

  • Product Development: Support product development initiatives.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Education: University Degree in Engineering (preferably Agricultural Engineering).

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the olive oil sector.

  • Sales Expertise: Knowledge of modern sales processes, organization methods, and tools (ordering, pricing, CRM).

  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability in negotiation and contracting with customers.

  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of corporate finance.

  • Language: Proficient in English & Spanish.

  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of business with a strong focus on customer needs and expectations.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Open-minded and solution-oriented

    • Strong problem-solving skills

    • Team player, excellent networker and negotiator

    • Outstanding communication skills

    • Strong sales drive and customer orientation

    • Ability to engage with customers at all levels

  • Residence: Residence in Ubeda or nearby areas is essential.
