This role represents an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding Nordics team and play a pivotal role in scaling our Mid-Market and Enterprise segment throughout the region. This position is based in Amsterdam.

About You
We're looking for a proven sales leader to head our Mid-Market and Enterprise sales efforts in the Nordics. You'll be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team of Account Executives, helping them grow their pipelines, deepen client relationships, and close strategic deals. You'll be passionate about helping HR leaders transform their organizations, and you'll be eager to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
The ideal candidate thrives in a SaaS-driven, high-velocity sales culture, and is deeply familiar with the Nordic business landscape. You'll be comfortable communicating the differentiated value of our HR platform and skilled in both the strategic and hands-on aspects of sales management.
Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of successful experience managing and leading Mid-Market and/or Enterprise Account Executives in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of individual contributor experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally into HR, IT, or operations.
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC or similar value-based sales methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of the Nordics market (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland).
  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed team revenue targets and accurately forecast performance.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a high-performing sales team .
  • Experience selling into multiple stakeholders within mid-size and large organizations.
  • Comfortable working in a high-velocity , target-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are a strong advantage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives selling into the Nordics region.
  • Coach and develop AEs (typically with 2-5 years' closing experience) to become high-performing sellers who can effectively drive outbound pipeline, qualify complex opportunities, and close high-value deals.
  • Drive execution of team strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets .
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene using Salesforce, and hold team members accountable for data quality.
  • Create a culture of coaching, development, and continuous learning , leading from the front with empathy and clear performance expectations.
  • Engage in regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions , and hands-on support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDR, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on regional growth goals and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Build relationships with market influencers, consultants, and partners across the Nordics region.
  • Regularly report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform broader strategy and product development.
