Description of Duties and Obligations

Hunting & Sales 

  • Identify, qualify and close new opportunities in complex, fast-evolving sectors, balancing speed with controlled risk appetites and tailored pricing. 
  • Use your network and industry insight to build a robust sales pipeline. 
  • Present our EMI/payment platform as a nimble, client-centric alternative to legacy providers. 
  • Structure commercial terms and pricing models that balance agility with prudent risk management. 

Relationship Management 

  • Own the end-to-end client journey: build trust, guide integration and drive renewals or upsells. 
  • Liaise with onboarding, operations and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing service. 
  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships, ensuring clients receive responsive support, consistent service quality, and ongoing value from our solutions. 

Market Intelligence & Brand Building 

  • Represent us at key events in Malta and beyond—network, speak, learn—and feed back real-time market insights. 
  • Capture and relay real-time market feedback to inform product, pricing and risk strategies. 

What We’re Looking For
 

  • 5+ years in sales or business development within EMI, PSP, FX, gaming, crypto or similar fintech.  
  • Proven track record of hunting new logos and closing complex deals.  
  • Deep understanding of how to price, onboard and support clients in specialist sectors.  
  • Exceptional networker with senior-level contacts and a presence at industry gatherings.  
  • Highly driven, entrepreneurial and targets-obsessed, yet collaborative.  
  • Based in Malta with the flexibility to travel.
