Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdWe are currently inviting applications for the position of Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Hastings Deering PNG team. This pivotal role focuses on implementing business strategies and driving growth and expansion in HDPNG and the Solomon Islands.
This is a residential position located in Port Moresby, with relocation assistance and support provided.
About You
Team members with the following attributes will be considered:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated practical Sales & Marketing management experience, developing and implementing sales strategies; increasing market share through own initiatives and leadership
- Experience successfully leading, motivating and directing multiple teams to achieve goals working within a diverse workforce in a large scale and geographically diverse environment
- Proven experience in the preparation of budgets, gross profit plans, forecasting and establishing pricing strategies and analysing trends
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and plans for optimum brand exposure to ensure growth of customer base
