We're looking for a Sales Representative who's driven by results and inspired by challenges.
In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and deliver sales strategies that fuel growth. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offers, close deals, and expand our client portfolio across target markets.
In this role, you will:
- Find and select potential corporate clients in accordance with ICP, make sales proposals, and negotiate conditions to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, focusing on expansion and maximizing account potential.
- Manage CRM system by keeping and updating all clients and leads information and sales status, monitoring and analyzing reports.
- Manage relationships with external partners (MSPs, resellers, etc.) by selecting them, coordinating contract terms with the Sales Lead, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and overseeing payments and contract execution to drive lead generation.
- Manage tools and platforms that support outbound campaigns and sales automation processes, testing software, and setting up tasks for adjustment to providers.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and webinars (worldwide) to generate leads and network with potential clients and partners.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or business development (B2B), ideally within software or tech product companies.
- Advanced English (verbal and written) - you'll represent the company at international events and with global clients.
- Solid experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar) - managing pipelines, tracking activities, and reporting on progress.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence in cold outreach and product demos.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs and OKRs.
As a plus:
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and consultative IT service sales across different business sizes.
- Familiarity with the Apple security and compliance ecosystem or similar enterprise IT environments.
