Sales Support Specialist International (UK Based)

Purpose

The Sales Support role is a pivotal part of the NaughtOne International Sales Team, directly supporting our sales representative across Europe, Middle-East, Asia and Africa. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process by providing accurate, timely, and tailored support.

You will serve as the critical link between clients, sales teams, and internal operations—ensuring that all quotations, product information, and project documentation align with client expectations and brand standards. Beyond administrative duties, you’ll play an active role in supporting regional sales growth, responding proactively to opportunities, streamlining communications, and helping to resolve project-related issues during the active selling phase.

This role requires a service-oriented mindset, commercial awareness, and a keen attention to detail to uphold our commitment to client satisfaction, timely project delivery, and continued market growth.

Responsibilities / Key Deliverables

• Respond to client enquiries and generate priced proposal documents

• Support bids & tender submissions

 • Create quotations quickly and efficiently ensuring overall accuracy

• Review client specifications, co-ordinate proposal efforts with sales team members to develop an accurate and complete solution offering which meets the client's specifications.

 • Participating in customer discussions as required to provide sales support and developing an understanding of expectations in order to meet and exceed requirements to maximise the customer experience

• Provide excellent customer service as the frontline contact with our clients and provide administrative support to the sales team, enabling the team to maximise sales and improve the customer experience.

• Answering and dealing as appropriate with general sales, sales leads and queries

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Post-secondary education preferred (A-levels, associate degree, or equivalent); strong foundational skills in English and Mathematics essential
  • Proven experience in a client-facing customer service or sales support role, preferably within a design-led, B2B environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering thoughtful, responsive support
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and communicate technical information clearly
  • Proactive problem-solver with a calm, solution-focused approach to client queries and project challenges
  • Technologically competent, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or a similar ERP/CRM system highly desirable
  • Comfortable navigating complex processes and systems with a mindset for continuous improvement
  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic and client-centric approach; committed to delivering a positive and professional experience throughout every stage of the sales process
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative

Dimension of role

Based from the NaughtOne head office in Harrogate this is a permanent position reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Specialist (International). As part of a wider team of 9, the role holder will be expected to collaborate closely with the Operations function as well as the NaughtOne Sales teams.
