Detail role description:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the Insurance and Financial Services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts (farming) and with new prospects.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Leverage deep domain knowledge of the system ecosystem to provide insights and solutions that address client challenges.
• Stay abreast of technology trends and market developments to inform strategic decisions and client recommendations.
• Think outside the box to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on objectives and deliverables.
• Present complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Business and Technical Skills Required
• At least 15+ years of proven experience working in various roles within an IT organization set up for Insurance and Financial Services.
• Extensive proven experience in account farming and client relationship management within the Insurance and Financial Services sector.
• Strong domain knowledge of the banking ecosystem and a deep understanding of the market dynamics in the UK and Europe.
• Proven credentials in expanding business growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent and proven experience in selling services for one or more areas in Experience, Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Infrastructure, Security, ERP’s etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology trends and market developments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities

1. Excellent communication skills and presentability
2. Capability to generate leads themselves (in accounts for farming )
3. Content – Preferably both domain and technology are needed but at least one of them MUST be there.
4. Most importantly – ability to learn and sell new things in new ways.
