Role Overview:

Trustpilot is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce QA, to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have experience in End to End testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways to ensure seamless integration and functionality across our systems. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate end-to-end processes, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce software Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Zuora, and payment gateways to verify functionality, data integrity, and system integration.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate system requirements and business processes.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user requirements and business requirements.
  • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, prioritize, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide testing updates and gather feedback.
  • Maintain test environments and test data to support ongoing testing activities.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role, with a focus on end-to-end testing and UAT.
  • Hands-on experience testing Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways (e.g., GoCardless, Stripe).
  • Full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver multiple priorities effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Architect Journey: Development Lifecycle and Deployment)
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, SoapUI) and scripting languages (e.g., SQK, SOQL, Apex Python, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of Zuora billing and subscription management platform.
  • Familiarity with APIs and web services testing.
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment or with subscription-based business models.
