Sanoma has started the implementation of a new S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and is thus seeking a highly skilled SAP Authorisation & SoD Expert, with extensive experience in SAP authorisation and preferably some experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud authorizations in particular.
The selected person will hold a key role in defining, managing and maintaining the SAP authorisation concept and build up needed roles and authorisations in SAP. Next to SAP authorisation work, this position will also maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) definitions within Sanoma's SoD solution "SOFY" (by KPMG). So there's a true opportunity to make a difference and leave your mark!
After the initial implementation project, focus will move to maintaining and further developing SAP authorisations and the SOFY solution. Work will be done in close co-operations with Sanoma's Business Process Managers and IT colleagues.
Key tasks
- Design, implement and maintain SAP authorisation concepts and roles
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of SAP authorisations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation
- Troubleshoot and resolve authorization issues
- Stay updated with the latest SAP security and authorisation trends and best practices.
- Implement and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls within the SOFY tool to prevent conflicts of interest
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field
- Proven experience as an SAP Authorisation expert (experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud is considered a strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of SAP authorisation concepts, roles, and profiles
- Substantial experience with SoD management (Segregation of Duties, preferably using SOFY)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
