About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development leader to join our organisation as an SDR Manager to join our EMEA SDR team. 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team. The leader will be responsible for supporting and managing the eco-system; team development, recruitment, hiring, and management of your team, as well as driving pipeline growth and exceeding qualified meeting targets within their team. About You

The ideal Sales Development Manager candidate should have the perfect blend of experience as an SDR and/or AE - and team leader or management experience. The desire to be challenged, a team oriented mindset, and the mentality of overachievement.The candidate will need to have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong written & verbal communication skills are also a must have. 

What You Will Do
  • Recruit and hire a world class team of SDR’s
  • Clearly articulate, manage and enable SDR’s to hit all key productivity metrics and milestones of growth
  • Instil a disciplined approach to pipeline generation leveraging both SDR and the greater sales ecosystem
  • Develop an overall SDR strategy for the region resulting in strong execution and collaborative team pipeline generation.
  • Build and collaborate with the wider Sales, Sales leadership team and the wider ecosystem, your channel manager and FCM
  • Effectively forecast monthly / quarterly sales qualified pipeline to leadership
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure SDR productivity, plan execution, and progress against strategic objectives.
Must Have In this job, you will bring these skills
  • Minimum of 2 years SDR or AE Leadership/Team Lead experience with demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality: direct experience working with/managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer meetings, and sourcing new sales qualified pipeline.
  • Strong team mentality and leadership skills
  • A winner - someone who holds themselves accountable to ensuring and supporting their team in consistent over-achievement.
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with the eco-system at executive levels.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, competent translating technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based SDR & sales methodologies (MEDDPIC, Sandler etc.) is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
