The Role

We are seeking a Fleet SMB SDR Manager to lead and scale our Fleet-focused Sales Development team. This individual will manage a team of SDRs focused on both Sylectus and Fleet SMB products, overseeing the entire top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel process. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership to drive qualified pipeline, improve conversion metrics, and accelerate revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Fleet SDR team responsible for generating and nurturing pipeline across the Sylectus and Fleet SMB product lines.
  • Own the full sales development process, from lead capture to opportunity creation, handoff, and influence on deal closure.
  • Drive pipeline growth by collaborating with Marketing to execute integrated campaigns targeting SMB fleets.
  • Monitor and report on funnel metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, SAOs, CWs), and drive SDR accountability to monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure lead quality and optimize handoff to close rates.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Solera’s value-selling methodology to ensure high performance and visibility into sales activities.
  • Train and coach SDRs on prospecting strategy, objection handling, and qualification techniques.
  • Use data to inform strategy and continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Make our customers and our sales teams successful by delivering a consistent, high-quality top-of-funnel experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of managing teams that exceed quota through both inbound and outbound efforts
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, outreach tools, and CRM-driven reporting
  • Passion for coaching and building a high-performing team culture
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Metrics- and outcome-driven mindset
