- Maintain and improve runbooks, operational procedures, security findings, knowledge articles, and lessons learned.
- Identify opportunities to improve security posture, process adherence, and lead or contribute to prioritized improvement.

The skills you bring
You must have:
- At least 5 years hands-on experience in security operations, platform security, or a closely related technical security role.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in live production environments and investigate problems methodically from symptoms through root cause and corrective action.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, or security tooling in distributed production environments.
- Strong knowledge of OS, including Linux, hardening, permissions, services, processes, and system logs.
- Knowledge of encryption protocols and security technologies, such as TLS, PKI, certificates, SSH, IPsec, key management, and hardware security modules (HSMs).
- A clear sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security topics to both specialists and non-specialist stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English.
It would be nice if you also have:
- Practical scripting experience, such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
- Experience with SIEM platforms and security monitoring.
- Working knowledge of IAM, Vulnerability and Compliance Management.
- Strong investigation, analytical, and risk-assessment skills, with the judgment to distinguish urgent production risk from lower-priority improvement opportunities.
- Confidence working across organizational boundaries in a multinational and cross-functional environment.
