About this team:
Senior Account Director, Springserve role is an Individual contributor role, leading relationships with our most strategic OTT / CTV partners in India. The role is responsible for driving revenue from the new and existing Springserve SSP and Ad Serving platform customers. The role of a Senior Account Director is to explore & understand publishers' needs and effectively communicate how Magnite’s ad serving, programmatic infrastructure & data enablement technology can help to achieve their inventory monetization objectives today and be best structured for the future. In this role you’ll work with external stakeholders as well as internal cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Tech, Demand Facilitation, and Marketing.
In this role, you will:
Build and own relationships with some of the largest and most strategic OTT / CTV publishers in India
Identify, build, and deepen relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C-suite) for our key partners
Develop business and account strategies to help Magnite evolve and advance partnerships with key partners
Deliver against revenue goals for Magnite by developing new partnerships and upselling existing partnerships to utilize the full breadth of Magnite’s Ad Serving, SSP, and Platform tools & products
Become a trusted advisor for your partners and the go-to person for anything AdTech
Guide and help publishers extract the best value out of their existing ad-tech set-ups and evolve them towards more advanced, future-ready set-ups
Understand the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company’s business strategy and growth
Partner with Magnite’s global product teams to understand global product developments and opportunities this creates for Indian publishers, developing a localized strategy and execution plan to take new offerings to partners
Capture and relay product feedback from our partners to various Magnite stakeholders
Be an active and positive presence within the Magnite India family
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) is desirable
Minimum of 6 Years of experience in the online digital space working with premium publishers, networks, SSPs/DSPs, and exchange platforms
Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
Must have a strong ability to present to small and large groups, including industry events
Effectively engage in detailed conversations and build relationships with clients of all seniority levels
Able to manage large amounts of information, multi-stakeholder projects and administrative processes
Detail-oriented
Comfortable with sales, revenue, and activity targets
Possess a positive, solutions-oriented can-do mindset
Helpful to have:
An existing network of publisher relationships across India
Deep understanding of ad-decisioning and programmatic monetisation workflows
Experience in selling ad-technology to publishers
Intimate familiarity with online video advertising and the video lumascape
Experience working in Salesforce
