Team: Amazon Strategic Reseller Team

Working arrangements: Permanent / Full Time / Remote (UK Based)

Build exceptional strategic partnership with Amazon UK. Develop innovative multi-year joint business plans which focus on profitable revenue growth and that elevates the Bose brand above its competitors within the markets. Have great attention to detail and cross functional engagement within Bose to ensure marketing campaigns are best in class, website positioning is category leading and sell in and sell out forecast are accurate and reliable.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for account revenue targets, expenses, profitability and performance.

  • Build & maintain exceptional strategic partnerships with Amazon.

  • Develop innovative multiyear account plans which focus on profitable revenue growth and that elevate the Bose brand above its competitors within the market.

  • Regularly meet with Amazon teams to measure performance against account plan and build sales & marketing initiatives working alongside Bose marketing manager.

  • Work cross functionally to build highly engaging new product launch plans with Amazon.

  • Negotiate annual commercial terms, invoice pricing, SOA support and marketing investments.

  • Build regular QBR, account review and product review presentations and confidently present these to both the retailer and internal senior management.

  • Have great attention to detail and collaboration with the demand planners to build and maintain accurate and reliable product & account forecasts.

  • Review and present Bose performance each week covering: account revenue, account sell through, at country and product level.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all key internal stakeholders from across the business.

  • Manage all account administration covering SOA confirmations to retailers, tracking and claims processing. Work with finance to ensure account health is always strong with a clean account ledger.

  • Conduct business to the highest standard ensuring legal compliance is maintained at all times.

Skills Required:

  • English fluent (Verbal / Written / Presentational)
  • 5 Years+ commercial sales experience working with Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of how to maximize sales online across multiple territories.
  • Driven and self-motivated to continually achieve sales targets.
  • Exceptional relationship builder, presenter, negotiator, and influencer.
  • Exceptional financial acumen and business planning ability.
  • Analytical, ability to accurately forecast and a great attention to detail.
  • Team player who can work cross functionally & internationally.
  • Ability to deal with change and ambiguity.
  • MS office skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint
