Marsh Management, part of Marsh McLennan, is seeking a talented and dedicated professional to join our team in Bermuda. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a global leader in risk advisory and insurance solutions.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of clients that consist predominantly of Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and Segregated Account Companies (SAC) related entities.  There will be a focus on growing the portfolio and building strong relationships both internal and external.

We will count on you to:

  • Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and other key stakeholders.

  • Engage with new and existing markets through effective communication and strategic approach.

  • Review and approve contracts, ensuring compliance and clarity.

  • Oversee all operational aspects and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage audit processes, client deliverables, investor reports, and regulatory requirements.

  • Mentor colleagues, promoting adherence to company processes and procedures.

  • Lead or participate in client and prospect meetings, representing Marsh with professionalism and expertise.

What you need to have:

  • An internationally recognized professional accounting and/or insurance designation (e.g. ACCA, CA, CPA, ACII, ARe, CPCU, etc.)

  • 5+ years of Insurance Linked Securities (ILS) and Segregated Account Companies (SAC) experience.

  • Experience with reviewing and signing contracts and agreements.

  • Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration and leadership skills.
