More about the role
FINN Partners’ Integrated Marketing practice is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing UK team.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, supporting one of our largest global client relationships while also independently leading a number of your own accounts.
This is a hands-on client leadership role combining relationship management, strategic thinking, integrated campaign delivery and commercial ownership. You’ll work closely with specialists across strategy, creative, digital, content and media to deliver strong work and build successful, growing client partnerships.
What you’ll do
  • Build trusted client relationships and develop a strong understanding of their businesses, audiences and marketing priorities.
  • Independently lead a portfolio of accounts while playing a key role on a large global client relationship.
  • Lead integrated marketing activity from brief through to delivery, bringing together the right specialist teams.
  • Translate client objectives into clear briefs, priorities and actionable plans.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and planning conversations with confidence.
  • Manage budgets and timelines closely, ensuring activity remains on track.
  • Maintain a clear view of client satisfaction, account health and upcoming priorities.
  • Identify risks early, manage expectations and proactively bring solutions.
  • Use campaign and performance insights to inform recommendations and strengthen client activity.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and introduce relevant FINN capabilities.
  • Develop scopes, estimates, proposals and growth plans in partnership with senior and specialist teams.
Experience that contributes to success
  • Client services experience within an integrated, creative, digital or marketing agency.
  • Experience independently managing client accounts and leading integrated marketing activity.
  • Experience working across multiple sectors and audiences, ideally including both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Confidence managing client stakeholders and leading client conversations.
  • Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing scopes, budgets and account performance.
  • A good understanding of integrated marketing across areas such as brand, creative, content, digital, websites, SEO, social and media.
  • Experience identifying organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
FINN's promise to You!
At FINN Partners, we believe our strength comes from our people and the perspectives they bring. As a global, independent agency built on collaboration and entrepreneurship, we know that creativity and communications thrive when informed by diverse experiences, backgrounds, and ideas!
We are committed to building teams that reflect the world we live in and the audiences we serve. By bringing together talented individuals with different viewpoints, we are better equipped to deliver bold thinking, foster meaningful connections, and create impactful work for our clients. Your unique perspective is not only valued - it’s essential to how we innovate and succeed together.
We also believe that great work happens through connection and collaboration. Our teams operate in a hybrid environment that supports in-person collaboration alongside flexibility. We encourage open conversations around individual needs and are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the hiring process and beyond.
Where you will work
We operate a flexible hybrid working model, with the UK team typically coming together in our Old Street office one day a week - plus additional in-person time where valuable for client meetings, workshops and team collaboration.
