Senior Account & Project Manager
Location: Remote - United Kingdom

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Account & Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 10–15 active UK and U.S.-based client accounts, leading project delivery, operational execution, and client success.
This is a senior, high-ownership role where you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams, managing multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously, and ensuring every engagement is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys balancing client relationships with project execution, and is comfortable making decisions, solving problems proactively, and operating with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do
Client Success & Account Management
  • Manage a portfolio of 10–15 active client accounts.
  • Lead recurring client meetings and provide timely follow-up communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage expectations, priorities, timelines, and project delivery.
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
Project Management
  • Own projects from planning through final delivery using ClickUp or a similar project management platform.
  • Coordinate internal teams, assign priorities, and monitor workloads.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues.
Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and support SEO strategies and long-term growth plans.
  • Review website performance, analytics, and campaign results.
  • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Review reports, content, audits, and client deliverables before publication.
  • Support website launches and digital marketing initiatives.
Team Coordination & Operations
  • Coordinate work across remote delivery teams.
  • Monitor capacity, workloads, and project priorities.
  • Support onboarding of new team members.
  • Prepare operational updates and communicate project status to leadership.
  • Help improve internal processes and delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 6–12+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including at least 5 years within a marketing or digital agency.
  • Proven experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword research, content strategy, Google Search Console, and reporting.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using ClickUp or similar project management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication (C1/C2).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience overseeing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and website staging environments.
  • Experience supporting U.S. or international clients within construction, home services, or real estate industries.
  • Experience using Toggl or similar time-tracking platforms.
  • Experience leading cross-functional remote teams.
