About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our multinational finance team. This pivotal role will be involved in the monthly accounting close, consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and FX accounting across multiple legal entities and currencies. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and play a key role in optimizing financial processes. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong accounting background are highly desirable.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:
  • Manage and perform the monthly group consolidation process across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accuracy in intercompany eliminations and foreign exchange (FX) translation and adjustments.

  • Oversee intercompany accounting and reconciliations, driving timely resolution of mismatches.

  • Support month-end close operations, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger oversight.

  • Manage realized and unrealized foreign exchange accounting and reporting.

  • Prepare and review internal and external financial reporting, including statutory accounts and management reports.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies (US GAAP and local GAAP) and provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues.

  • Collaborate with auditors and support statutory audit requirements for selected entities.

  • Assist in the design, testing, and remediation of internal controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

  • Drive process improvements and automation within consolidation, reporting, and reconciliation workflows.

  • Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insight.

Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth multi-national environment. Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is highly desirable, but not a pre-requisite.

  • Strong technical accounting background with proven experience in local GAAP environments. US GAAP experience would be an advantage.

  • Prior experience in internal controls design and implementation within a global multinational environment.

  • Solid experience managing monthly consolidations, intercompany transactions, and FX translation processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives across finance functions.

  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
