  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with (or presenting to) senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business language.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Strong ability to analyse business processes, identify pain points, and quantify the potential impact of technical interventions.
  • Strategic Communication: Must be able to present structured arguments regarding both the benefits and the risks (technical and ethical) of AI deployment.
  • Academic Foundation: A technical MSc or PhD (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, OR, or similar numerate subject) or equivalent experience that provides deep technical credibility.

  • Consulting Background: Previous experience in a management or technology consulting firm is highly valued.
  • Industry Breadth: Experience working across multiple sectors (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Public Sector).
  • Project Management experience: Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
  • A Natural Communicator: You enjoy public speaking and are adept at facilitating workshops with diverse groups of people.
  • Empathetic:  You are capable of understanding problems from other people’s point of view and will pro-actively use this skill to anticipate challenges and wins.
  • An Analytical Problem Solver: You don't just see the code; you see the business problem it solves.
  • Proactive & Entrepreneurial: You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy the challenge of building a new practice.
  • Sincerely Passionate: You believe in the transformative power of AI but remain grounded in the reality of what it takes to deploy it safely and effectively.
