Play a key role in delivering critical Corporate Actions operations that support global financial markets.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance, Risk, Regulatory & Financial Crime practice, supporting a leading global financial institution within Corporate Actions. This is an exciting opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of equity and fixed income income events, collaborating with global teams to ensure accurate processing, robust controls, and exceptional client service.

You'll work within a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, collaboration, and continuous improvement are key to delivering operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of corporate action income events across equity and fixed income products, ensuring accuracy throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Review and reconcile payables, receivables, ex-date, record date and payment date activity while investigating and resolving outstanding claims.
  • Partner with traders, counterparties and internal stakeholders to resolve exceptions, identify P&L impacts and support operational delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls, enhance processes and contribute to change initiatives alongside project teams.
  • Support mandatory corporate action events and tax reclaim activities while escalating risks or issues where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within Corporate Actions, Income Processing or Securities Operations gained in a broker dealer, investment bank or financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income income processing together with excellent reconciliation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with experience building effective relationships across trading desks, operations, counterparties and clients.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and an understanding of regulatory and operational controls, including CASS.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience using Easyway, Gloss or Broadridge BPS.
  • Knowledge of Repo and Securities Lending activities.
  • Experience supporting tax reclaim processes.
  • Previous involvement in operational change or process improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to mandatory corporate actions and corporate action reorganisation events.
