In this role, you will:
  • Work directly with vendors to implement new payment methods and troubleshoot existing ones.
  • Communicate launches, updates, and issue resolution clearly to partners and stakeholders.
  • Reconcile transactions monthly and support SOX-related controls.
  • Investigate and resolve internal and external payment, transaction, and platform issues.
  • Audit data outputs and reporting to ensure accuracy across systems and applications.
  • Lead complex cross-functional information-sharing processes and ensure timely, accurate responses.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for daily operational tasks and procedures.
  • Initiate and support projects that address business gaps and improve performance.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term goals across multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Identify root causes, recommend process improvements, and implement quality-focused enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in continuous improvement by tracking quality metrics and minimizing errors.
  • Use advanced data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to support decision-making.
  • Foster a team environment that values initiative, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Provide on-call support as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and e-commerce/payments operations.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with audiences including senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and handle competing demands.
  • High attention to detail, especially in quality assurance and peer review.
  • Strong customer service, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Technical skills such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and AI tools.
  • Project management experience from initiation through implementation, including stakeholder management.
  • Reconciliation experience, including monthly transaction reconciliation as part of SOX controls.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong initiative.
  • Experience using AI or machine learning tools in payments, financial operations, or e-commerce environments.
  • Experience using agentic AI to improve, operationalize, or automate repetitive processes.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
