What you’ll be doing:
You will straddle 3 key roles
Building and coaching a small team of analysts, including guiding them to building their data assets (pipelines, dashboards, reports) well
You will create a structured approach to explaining our growth as a company and the variance in it. This will include segment level definition and analysis, setting up good monthly variance analysis, layering in estimates of macro economic impact, and coordinating communications with other teams closer to specific products to add high context narrative to our overall trends
You will tell the story behind why we’re growing or not and therefore what we need to do
You will be a key person informing wider company strategy. All our tribes will be looking to your outputs to guide their plans
You will also be working with a contingent of data scientists for specialist modelling work
The role will be a mix of hands on work and strategic team management

Some important stuff we would like you to know
