We are looking for an experienced, motivated and self-driven individual to undertake the role of Senior Assurance Advisor. The successful candidate will have a primary focus on Security and Quality to ensure the delivery of the UKI Assurance programme to complete internal and external audits against the Company Management System, internal governance and other standards as appropriate across AtkinsRéalis and the supply chain.

You’ll actively guide, support and motivate our Assurance team to deliver technical excellence, while helping to create the best opportunities for their career growth and development
Your role- Deliver the UKI business assurance requirements, ensuring our certifications and that our supply chain is meeting our values.
- Complete audits across a diverse range of markets and technical disciplines.
- Issue audit reports and provide check and review for the UKI audit team.
- Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
- Work closely with the business, supply chain, clients and teams in the UK, Ireland and our Global Auditing team.
- Adhere to security and quality assurance standards in design.
- Formal externally certified auditing qualification in ISO 27001 and have the ability to conduct internal ISO 9001 audits.
- Experience in audit of security and quality for design delivery, including multidisciplinary design preferably in an Engineering Consultancy environment.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to lead and deliver through others.
- Ability to effectively communicate including with clients, supply chain and internal stakeholders, building effective relationships and quickly establishing credibility.
- Demonstrates collaborative behaviours, interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams, market directors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Ideally be a Chartered/Professional Member of an suitable body eg, Syl, RSES, CQI or an engineering or scientific based body eg ICE.
