We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead and deliver operational improvement initiatives within our Aberdeen-based team. This hybrid role blends strategic business analysis with hands-on project management, offering the opportunity to shape impactful solutions across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for business analysis and quality assurance processes.
  • Continuously refine business and operational workflows to enhance efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve business challenges using IT, IM, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop solution proposals with clear cost-benefit analysis and implementation plans.
  • Model current and future business processes, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Define solution specifications and lead changes across processes, technology, and organisational structures.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Drive adoption of solutions and ensure realisation of planned benefits.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through professional communication and influence.
  • Negotiate and agree on sustainable, secure, and cost-effective solutions with business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in both Business Analysis and Project Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in:

    • Documentation
    • Requirements Gathering
  • Practiced in:
    • Presentations
    • Methodology
    • Planning
  • Experience with Maximo is a significant advantage.
