Founded in 2018 by CPAs, tax attorneys, and software developers, TaxBit is creating an entirely new category to enable widespread compliant adoption of digital assets for the global economy. TaxBit’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform streamlines and automates customers’ tax reporting and accounting activities for digital assets.

Trusted by leading crypto, tech, and traditional enterprises, Big 4 accounting firms, and government agencies (including the IRS), TaxBit solves compliance challenges at scale amidst an ever-evolving regulatory landscape. TaxBit is backed by leading Silicon Valley VCs with teams located in New York City, San Francisco, Seattle, Salt Lake City, and Washington, D.C.

Opportunity for Impact

At TaxBit, data drives everything we do—especially within our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. As a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on HubSpot, you'll play a critical role in transforming data into insights that shape the future of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success efforts.

This is a new and strategic position designed for someone who not only understands business intelligence and operational analytics, but also brings deep hands-on experience in HubSpot. You’ll be responsible for delivering clear, actionable insights that support decision-making, pipeline optimization, and growth across our GTM functions.

We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, process, and impact—someone who can move from exploration to execution, all while keeping a sharp eye on system health and data integrity.

Role and Responsibilities

Own HubSpot (or other tools) for Business Intelligence & GTM Performance

  • Serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot configuration, data governance, and reporting.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the platform supports strategic initiatives and reflects current business needs.
  • Optimize lifecycle stages, lead routing, and GTM workflows directly within HubSpot.

Develop and Maintain High-Impact Dashboards and Reports

  • Design and maintain BI dashboards in HubSpot and complementary tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) to visualize GTM performance, pipeline trends, and campaign outcomes.
  • Translate complex data into simple, compelling visual stories for stakeholders.

Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Collaborate with GTM and executive teams to identify key business questions and deliver metrics, reporting, and narratives that support strategic planning.
  • Proactively uncover trends, risks, and opportunities hidden in the data.

Lead Data Quality & Enrichment Efforts

  • Build and maintain scalable processes for ensuring clean, enriched, and current data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Integrate third-party data sources to improve targeting and segmentation.

Support Strategic GTM Planning

  • Provide insights and modeling for quarterly planning, territory assignments, campaign effectiveness, and performance tracking.
  • Help build repeatable, data-informed GTM playbooks and operational frameworks.

Drive Account & Market Intelligence

  • Assist in account scoring and segmentation, especially in the rapidly evolving Web3 and digital asset space.
  • Ensure GTM teams have access to accurate, timely information on key markets and opportunities.
Professional Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, GTM Analytics, or Sales/Marketing Operations
  • Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM and reporting tools—configuring, analyzing, and optimizing usage across teams
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to work with large datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting
  • Experience with data enrichment, lead/account scoring, and segmentation models
  • Exceptional communication skills—able to translate data into action and influence decisions
  • Generate actionable insights / intelligence from data and trends in data across all business functions
  • Communication Skills. Clearly articulate gaps and solutions across teams to close those gaps
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, evolving industry

Personal Characteristics

  • Experience with tools such as Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Snowflake
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or Web3/crypto-related businesses
  • Familiarity with revenue intelligence platforms and third-party integrations

The base salary range for this role is £78,000 - £110,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
