Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Communicate fluently in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrate experience supporting senior stakeholders in a high-trust, confidential environment
  • Apply strong judgement to prioritise effectively, protect executive time, and handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Operate with a calm, professional approach under pressure and through frequent last-minute changes
  • Show excellent organisation, attention to detail, and follow-through across multiple workstreams
  • Influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders using tact and diplomacy
  • Use Microsoft Office / M365 tools confidently (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Work flexibly in an office-based model (5 days) with occasional out-of-hours support as needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bring a track record of anticipating needs and operating with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
