· Partner with Exposure Data and Underwriting to improve exposure data quality, validation and harmonisation across the Group.

· Work closely with Ceded Reinsurance to provide catastrophe analytics to inform the Group's catastrophe treaty strategy and purchasing decisions.

· Support Risk Capital partners, insurers and reinsurers with high-quality modelling, portfolio analysis and external reporting, while collaborating with brokers and other stakeholders.

· Contribute to the automation and continued development of the Group's catastrophe modelling capabilities, improving efficiency, scalability and the depth of analytical insight to the business.

Skills & Qualifications

· 5 to 10 years of experience in catastrophe modelling and exposure management.

· Strong hands-on experience with the Verisk catastrophe models (AIR Touchstone) with a good understanding of model inputs, outputs, assumptions and limitations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex model results and turn them into clear, actionable insights.

· Strong technical capabilities, including SQL, R/Python and GIS.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong interest in identifying and implementing practical applications of AI across catastrophe modelling and risk analytics workflows.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in the Lloyd's / London Market or international specialty insurance environment.

· Experience in exposure management, accumulation monitoring and portfolio optimisation.

· Experience supporting catastrophe reinsurance analysis or treaty purchasing.

· Experience working with brokers, reinsurers, capital providers and model vendors.

· Experience improving or automating catastrophe modelling, exposure or reporting processes.
