- Provide insights to stakeholders such as Screening, AML, and Fraud teams to support data-driven compliance decisions.
- Use SQL and Excel to analyze complex datasets and present findings clearly and effectively.
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor compliance trends.
- Support strategic initiatives by ensuring data is accessible, consistent, and accurate.
- Handle multiple incoming data requests and break down complex problems into smaller, actionable tasks.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Data teams to ensure alignment and consistency across compliance systems.
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within compliance, fintech, financial services, or risk.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
