We are looking for an exceptional Senior Consumer Insights Analyst to join our high-performing UK team. You will ensure the consumer's voice is central to product development and go-to-market decisions, translating research into clear recommendations that shape the next generation of SharkNinja products.
You will work closely with cross-functional and international partners in a fast-paced culture where insights have a direct and visible impact. Essential Functions
  • Serve as a consumer insights lead within cross-functional teams, connecting consumer and market understanding to product development priorities and go-to-market strategy.
  • Own the full research lifecycle, from developing discussion guides and surveys to moderating research, analysing results and delivering clear, actionable recommendations within budget and timeline.
  • Identify unmet consumer needs and pain points, translating feedback into specific opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
  • Recommend the right methodology for each business challenge and manage external research partners to deliver high-quality, efficient execution.
  • Synthesise qualitative, quantitative and market inputs into compelling strategic narratives that influence product and marketing decisions.
  • Partner across UK, European and global teams, ensuring local market perspectives inform broader product and commercial strategies.
  • Manage multiple workstreams with a high degree of autonomy, adapting quickly as business priorities evolve.

  • Methodological Depth: Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, with the judgement to select the right approach for each business question.
  • Insight Synthesis: Ability to move beyond reporting data and connect findings across multiple sources into a clear, compelling point of view.
  • Strategic Orientation: Proactively identifies what the business needs to understand and turns research into commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Early-Stage Innovation: Comfortable working with ambiguity and using consumer insight to shape products during the early stages of development.
  • Communication and Influence: Presents recommendations confidently and concisely to cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Executional Rigour: Effectively manages timelines, agencies, budgets and deliverables without compromising quality.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and resourcefulness is essential.
  • International Perspective: Comfortable working across cultures and markets. Fluency in a second language, particularly a European language such as German, French, Italian or Spanish, is highly desirable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification or professional experience, in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Social Sciences, Business, Statistics or another relevant discipline. A postgraduate qualification is beneficial but not essential.
  • Approximately 4-7 years of consumer insights or market research experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer technology, durable goods or an innovation-led organisation.
  • Experience applying core research methodologies such as concept testing, pricing research, packaging evaluation, segmentation and portfolio optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience moderating focus groups, conducting one-to-one interviews and interpreting quantitative research.
  • Familiarity with in-home usage tests, product experience research or in-store research environments.
  • Experience briefing and managing research agencies and other external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficiency in an additional language is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work from our Battersea office three days per week to support close collaboration and cross-functional impact.
