As a Senior Creative Marketing Executive, you'll develop high-performing campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally, manage creative strategies, and analyze performance data to drive results.
The Role
As a Creative Strategist, you'll be the brain behind the campaigns - shaping concepts that convert and making sure they land in the right way with the right audience.
You'll sit at the intersection of creative, media and performance, working closely with marketers, designers, copywriters, and data analysts to craft and scale high-performing creative strategies across paid channels.
This is not a traditional brand role - it's about using insight, creativity, and experimentation to drive results.
You will also run a small portfolio of campaigns yourself, putting you at the coal face of the data so that you can test concepts with speed and get results back, fast.
What You'll Do:
Create high performing video and image ads using lightweight editing tools such as Kapwing and Canva
Coordinate and attend creative shoots all over the UK and internationally, working with actors and shooting content yourselves - guided by a highly experienced video and production team
Manage a small portfolio of campaigns to keep your performance marketing skills sharp and analyse performance data to identify winning creative formats, messages, and patterns
Generate campaign ideas that balance storytelling with performance outcomes
Conduct creative research into audiences, competitors, and market trends to uncover hooks that convert
✍️ Develop briefs that inspire and guide designers, videographers, and writers
Work closely with media buyers to test, iterate, and scale creative across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing Ops and Sales to align creative output with business goals
Champion innovation by experimenting with new tools (including AI) and formats
