Rarible is on a mission to power the next generation of decentralized digital ownership. As a leading player in the NFT and Web3 space, we're helping major brands and ecosystems bring their communities on-chain — and we need a rock-solid data foundation to scale it all.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to build that foundation from the ground up — an individual contributor role with real ownership. If you’re looking for a role with the ability to define how a Web3 company handles analytics and AI for the future, this role is for you.

You’ll lead data at Rarible, The mission? Build a best-in-class data stack that powers everything from internal dashboards to AI-based insights. The existing setup is being phased out, and you'll have the autonomy to architect a new structure that serves our internal teams (product, ops, marketing) and future AI use cases.

What You’ll Do;

  • Design, build, and own our data infrastructure: pipelines, warehouse, transformations, and documentation
  • Migrate away from legacy systems (e.g., PowerBI) and streamline analytics via Metabase
  • Structure the data stack to support AI query interfaces and self-serve reporting
  • Ensure data consistency, quality, and near real-time availability (aiming for 99% uptime)
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate business questions into usable dashboards and metrics
  • Prioritize and manage incoming data requests from across the company

What We’re Looking For;

  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms.
  • Comfortable acting as a sole owner and driving from ambiguity to structured delivery
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders and turning requests into actionable data products
  • Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and hungry to deliver
  • Located in or near EU time zones

Bonus;

  • Experience with AI/ML infra, MLOps, or AI-assisted querying
  • Frontend or full-stack skills (e.g., Typescript) for building simple internal tools or UI layers
  • Exposure to the Web3 or NFT ecosystem

What we offer;

  • Global Impact: Contribute to a rapidly expanding global organization at the forefront of Web3 innovation.
  • Well-being: Unlimited paid days off policy to prioritize your own rest and relaxation.
  • Ownership: Stock options and RARI Token grants, empowering you to be a part of our success story.
  • Resources: Access to top-notch hardware and software tailored to your role's requirements.
  • Company offsites and events
