Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is product-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is focused on delivering tangible value to our users. With at least 5 years of experience in the field, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and a love for music and art to our team.
Wake up for this:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms from inception to production, leveraging machine and deep learning frameworks
- Build tools and infrastructure for the team, mentor team members
- Work collaboratively with product managers to define problems, identify solutions, and iterate on feedback to refine those solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end machine learning-based features at a rapid pace, ensuring high-quality and impactful user experiences.
- Engage in research and application of cutting-edge technologies, including Multimodal models, and large language models (LLMs), to drive innovation within our platform.
- Contribute to developing recommender systems and search functionalities, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a proven track record of delivering machine learning algorithms to production.
- Hands on experience with recommendation system development
- Extensive knowledge of ML disciplines and algorithms - able to manage research in a large scale
- Excellent programming skills in Python, SQL
- Proficient in PyTorch, GPU computing, Scikit-learn, or other ML frameworks
- Familiar with cloud services such as Amazon SageMaker and Vertex AI pipelines, as well as architecting solutions
- Experience in developing recommender systems, search algorithms - a plus
- Experience with multimodal models - a plus
- Creativity and a passion for music and art - a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills, with experience working closely with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
- A team player who is also self-sufficient, able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
