We invite a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team to build and maintain a scalable, secure AWS infrastructure for our platform. In this role, you'll work with modern AWS environments to enhance automation, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure platform reliability. You'll collaborate closely with distributed, cross-functional teams to support the efficient and seamless delivery of applications.

✅ Is that you?

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Deep AWS expertise (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, SQS/SNS)
  • Proficiency in Terraform for IaC (workspace management, custom providers, CI/CD pipeline integration)
  • Experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including Helm, ingress, node groups, and scaling
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline)
  • Strong understanding of automated testing and deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary)
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Go, or Bash
  • Good Linux administration skills (Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, RHEL), including shell scripting and kernel tuning
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible
  • Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals (DNS, load balancing, security groups, Kubernetes RBAC)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • AWS certifications (SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer - Professional)
  • Experience with GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
  • Experience with service mesh technologies (AWS App Mesh, Istio)
  • Deep understanding of SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll support and enhance the existing DevOps environment, helping streamline development, deployment, and monitoring processes while enabling reliable application delivery.

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable DevOps solutions within the AWS ecosystem
  • Build and manage infrastructure with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Deploy and manage high-availability applications using Kubernetes (Amazon EKS) and hybrid environments
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and proactive alerting using AWS-native and open-source tools
  • Collaborate with security teams to integrate automated security scanning, IAM least-privilege policies, and secret management into the deployment lifecycle
  • Support deployed solutions through troubleshooting, performance testing, and cost optimization
