RAM, a leading provider of vehicle tracking and field service management solutions, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to drive our substantial paid strategy across multiple channels, but with a deep focus on PPC. This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing technology company and drive tangible business results.

RAM, which has just been acquired by Klipboard (Previously Kerridge Commercial Systems) and now primed for its next stage of growth. RAM delivers innovative fleet management and field service solutions that help SME businesses optimise their operations. With over 2 million monthly platform logins and a rapidly expanding customer base across the UK and North America, we're at an exciting stage in our growth journey. Following significant investment and recent product launches, we're transforming how businesses manage their mobile workforce and are positioned for substantial expansion in international markets.

As our Senior Digital Executive, you'll manage RAM Tracking's paid search/media strategy, optimising campaigns that connect our fleet management solutions with businesses ready to transform their operations. The focus for this role is to fuel the inbound funnel for RAM and generate quality leads for an optimum ROI to fuel the global growth of the group. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own our PPC strategy across UK, US, and Canadian markets, managing campaigns that drive qualified leads for our products such as vehicle tracking (RAM Tracking), dash cam solutions (RAM Live) and Job management software 
  • Optimise campaign performance through meticulous A/B testing, strategic bid management, and conversion rate optimisation
  • Develop compelling landing pages that convert search traffic into qualified sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer pain points and align campaigns with real business challenges
  • Manage budgets effectively across channels to maximise ROI and lead quality within our £100k monthly global PPC budget 
  • Implement advanced attribution models that accurately track campaign performance from click to close
  • Monthly reporting on key metrics including CAC, lead quality scores, and conversion rates at each stage across all channels

You will be:

  • Conversion obsessed: You know how to optimise campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys to maximise conversion rates and gain buy-in to expand budgets based on performance
  • Data whiz: A master at making data-informed decisions with strong Excel/data analysis skills who can identify trends, opportunities and challenges within complex datasets
  • Comfortable with complex problem solving: You embrace challenges like multi-market campaign management, budget allocation across different products, and optimising for different customer segments
  • Naturally curious: You stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously testing new approaches and bringing innovative ideas to the team
  • Results-driven: You're focused on generating not just leads but qualified opportunities that convert into sales, understanding the entire customer journey
  • Collaborative: Able to work effectively with sales teams to understand pain points and refine targeting 
  • Strong understanding of inbound methodologies and the importance of a full-funnel marketing approach from awareness to consideration to decision
  • Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift as the business grows

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience managing substantial PPC budgets (£20k+ monthly) with demonstrable ROI
  • Experience optimising campaigns for B2B lead generation in competitive markets
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform, including search, PMAX, display, and remarketing campaigns
  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising and other paid channels
  • Proficiency with SEM tools like SEMrush for keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Experience developing and optimising landing pages for conversion using platforms like Webflow and Duda etc
  • Understanding of the field service, trade, fleet management or SaaS space (beneficial)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Pardot
  • Experience with attribution modelling and closed-loop reporting
  • Knowledge of PPC within multiple geographic markets (UK, US, Canada)
  • Ability to translate technical product benefits into compelling ad copy
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance
  • Experience managing and prioritising campaigns across multiple products and business units
  • Experience using Pardot, Salesforce or Hubspot (beneficial)
