Your role

We’re looking for a sharp and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to boost our digital visibility and make sure Flip gets in front of the right people at the right time. This is a role for someone who loves to roll up their sleeves, get into the details, and make things happen – with a clear focus on organic search, paid performance, and campaign execution.

You’ll be responsible for
  • running and improving our digital channels, with a strong focus on SEO and Organic Social – bringing up rankings, increasing inbound traffic, and making sure our content performs.
  • You’ll also plan and execute paid campaigns (SEA and Paid Social) across platforms like LinkedIn and Google Ads, manage budgets, analyze performance, and continuously optimize to generate real results.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with our brand, content, and sales teams to make sure digital marketing drives pipeline, not just clicks.
  • You know your way around tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMrush, and you’re confident setting up, tracking, and scaling campaigns across channels.
  • You’ll explore how Flip can optimize its visibility in AI searches (e.g., ChatGPT), the future of how prospects search for information online
What You Bring
  • 5+ years experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally SaaS
  • Deep knowledge of SEO: technical, on-page and content-based – and a track record of growing rankings and traffic
  • Hands-on experience with SEA, paid social and display campaigns
  • Strong execution mindset – you don’t just plan, you make it happen
  • Confident with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, SEMrush, GA, Tag Manager etc.
  • A data-driven approach and the ability to test, measure and optimize
  • Fluent in English and German
