Description

Location: Tel Aviv, London, or Germany

This is one global position, which can be based in any of the locations above.

Why Mindspace?

At Mindspace, we're redefining what the workplace can be.

Founded in 2014, Mindspace has grown into one of the world's leading premium flexible workspace providers, operating nearly 50 locations across Europe, the US, and Israel. More than beautifully designed workspaces, we are a hospitality-driven company built around exceptional service, inspiring environments, and vibrant communities.

We serve businesses of all sizes, from SMEs and mid-market companies to global enterprises, alongside individuals looking for flexible ways to work. Our success has been built by ambitious people who care deeply about creating remarkable customer experiences, developing outstanding teams, and constantly raising the bar.

As we continue to grow profitably and expand our global footprint, with leadership hubs in Tel Aviv and London, we're looking for a marketing leader to help shape our next stage of growth.

Why This Role?

As Head of Marketing, you will be a member of Mindspace's global leadership team and the company's most senior marketing leader, reporting directly to the COO. You will have full, end-to-end ownership of global Marketing, including strategy, brand, organization, budget, and performance across all markets.

Your mandate is to build on an established brand and position Mindspace as the leading premium flexible workspace offering for the mid-market. You will define how we show up globally, sharpen what makes us distinctive, and turn that positioning into stronger demand and sustainable commercial growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced marketing executive to shape the function and its impact on the business. You will bring brand, communications, content, growth, digital, and product marketing together, partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Operations, and regional leaders to connect the entire stomer journey.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Own the global marketing strategy and its execution, setting the 2027 plan and longer-term roadmap with clear priorities, investment choices, and measures of success across markets and customer segments.
  • Build Mindspace's premium positioning and category narrative, creating a distinctive global identity with particular focus on the mid-market, while remaining relevant to enterprise customers and individual users.
  • Lead integrated brand and demand generation across PR, communications, content, growth and performance, digital, field marketing, partnerships, and offline channels, strengthening global awareness and local relevance.
  • Drive full-funnel marketing performance, from acquisition and lead quality through tour bookings and conversion to occupancy, retention, and advocacy. Optimize channel effectiveness across SEM, SEO, broker relationships, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on lead qualification and handoff, funnel insights, attribution, and sales enablement. Use CRM data, customer insights, and reporting to guide decisions and improve marketing ROI.
  • Lead digital and product marketing, ensuring our website, app, and digital propositions express the brand and improve discovery, engagement, and conversion. Partner with Product on customer journeys, requirements, content, and go-to-market plans for new offerings.
  • Strengthen lifecycle marketing and member engagement, working with Operations and regional leaders to connect the brand promise with the experience customers have across our physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Identify and develop marketing-led growth opportunities across the portfolio, supporting new propositions, market expansion, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Build an effective global and local marketing model, aligning central strategy and capabilities with the flexibility regional leaders and market teams need to execute successfully.
  • Build, lead, and develop the global Marketing organization, assessing the structure and capabilities needed for growth, developing central and local teams, and managing external agencies and partners.
  • Contribute as a member of the global leadership team to business priorities, growth planning, and investment decisions, bringing the customer and market perspective into company strategy.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including senior marketing leadership as a VP Marketing, CMO, or equivalent, with ownership of strategy, budgets, teams, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading marketing across multiple countries and partnering effectively with regional leaders, balancing global consistency with local relevance.
  • Broad marketing expertise spanning brand, PR, communications, content, digital, online and offline marketing, growth and performance, product marketing, and lifecycle or customer engagement.
  • A track record of taking an established brand and building a more distinctive market presence, with strong judgment on premium positioning, messaging, and category building.
  • A strong commercial and analytical mindset, with demonstrated impact on demand, acquisition, conversion, and retention, and experience using customer insights, CRM data, and funnel metrics to improve performance.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to translate marketing investment into pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience shaping digital customer journeys and propositions, including website or app experiences and go-to-market plans for new offerings. Experience in digital platforms or a product-led environment is an advantage.
  • Experience building and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams across central and local markets, and managing agencies and external partners.
  • Experience across B2B and B2C environments is highly valuable. Experience in flexible workspace, hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or another business built around physical customer experiences is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent English, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions and build effective partnerships across functions and markets.
  • Ability to operate from one of the listed locations and collaborate closely across our Tel Aviv and London leadership hubs and global markets.
Who You Are

You bring the judgment of an experienced marketing executive and the curiosity and energy to build. You can set a clear direction, make focused choices, and develop a team that delivers, while staying close enough to the work to know what needs to change.

You care about both the strength of the brand and the results it creates. You understand how customers choose, what makes an experience distinctive, and how to connect global ambition with local execution. You're comfortable contributing to company-wide decisions and taking full accountability for marketing's impact.
