This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the office at minimum three times per week (or as dictated by the business) and work remotely two times per week.

What You'll Do:
Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
Analyze actual results, highlight key trends, and provide insights to improve accuracy and transparency of projections.
Drive critical analysis of variances and recommend corrective actions.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance across countries and product lines.
Deliver clear, data-driven insights on profit and cost drivers, including volume, pricing, and material cost impacts.
Partner with business leaders across functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to understand key drivers of financial results and future profitability.
Consolidate financial results for regional management reviews and executive reporting.
Support the development of financial bridges (volume/mix, pricing, cost, etc.) and ensure accurate submission of consolidated results.
Maintain and communicate financial risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making.
Provide analytics and recommendations to optimize EBIT and strengthen profitability.
Leverage data visualization and analytical tools to drive better decision-making.
Support leadership on business-critical projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or consolidation.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and performance drivers.
- Experience working with large datasets, financial modeling, and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and translate into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel and Power BI to turn large datasets into meaningful dashboards and insights.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise way.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
