Your role at Dynatrace

- You will be working in a cloud-native environment with TypeScript, Node.js and React.js while leveraging the whole toolbox of other technologies to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
What will help you succeed
- 5+ years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/TypeScript
- Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proficient with core Web APIs and technologies like HTML and CSS
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of React
- Focus on user experience and customer-centric end-to-end thinking
- Experience working in Python or any other backend language or willingness to learn
- Familiar with or open to learn basic network concepts
- Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Familiar with working in an agile environment
- Good English communication

Compensation
- We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Base salary range - starting from 16.000 PLN gross per month.
