We are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Glasgow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support on a range of people-related topics, including discipline, grievance, performance management, and absence.

  • Coach managers and employees on Workday, HR policies, and best practices.

  • Own and manage HR administration and transactional processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with local HR legislation, keeping employment contracts and processes up to date.

  • Produce reports and analyse people data to support HR processes and decision-making.

  • Support and contribute to People Services projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in HR – You have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and managing the full employee lifecycle.

  • Knowledgeable & compliant – You understand employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance across all processes.

  • Great communicator – You’re able to build strong relationships and provide clear, practical guidance to managers and colleagues.

  • Organised & efficient – You manage workloads effectively, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.

  • Business-minded – You understand the impact of HR decisions on business performance.
