Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional with a passion for Organizational Development (OD) to join our friendly and fun HR team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will be a curious and strategic thinker with excellent coaching and communication skills, capable of driving positive change and fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce. They will be a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of HR best practices, change management, and the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Talent, Development & Engagement team in the implementation of our skills management project.
  • Drive OD (organisational development) initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a positive culture aligned with company values and business objectives.
  • Work with the business in their recruitment, development, and retention of top talent to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on managing and leading their teams, including effectively managing change.
  • Stay current on trends and innovations in HR and organizational development.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong proven track record of working in a similar role (ideally within a technology company) 
  • End-to-end experience in the creation and adoption of skills management frameworks 
  • Experience in supporting a global business with organisational design
  • Strong track record of change management with the ability to support, coach and guide stakeholders to deliver
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
