About the Role

World Kinect is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist to support key HR initiatives and projects across our UK operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in HR advisory services, employee relations (ER), and project coordination. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support HR projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.

  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.

  • Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, capturing key actions and decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports for HR and business leaders.

  • Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures.

  • Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, offering practical solutions.

  • Support change management initiatives and HR strategy execution.

  • Maintain a project calendar to track milestones and deliverables.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Generalist, with a strong track record in employee relations.

  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
