The Role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist you will be responsible for onboarding and successful TK adoption of our SMB (higher end) and Enterprise (lower end) clients, specifically in the Benelux and Nordics region/s. You will be responsible for defining the best onboarding strategy, leading the change within the customer´s org and providing support in any technical aspects related to the integrations and account setup. You will not only be a subject matter expert on TK product and onboarding best practices and you will deliver 7 star experience for our clients during the onboarding process!  


What will you do:

  • Prepare and execute onboarding plans
  • Be the subject matter expert in the area of change management. Lead our customers through the journey of introducing a new travel tool and policies  in their organisation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned and cooperating towards the common goal full ramp up of the customer
  • Be the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
  • Prioritise accounts based on client and business needs.
  • Simplify complex technical information for all audiences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process, always delivering 7 star service
  • With time, become a leading figure within the team, trusted as a source of expertise and information both internally and externally. 

The role of the Senior Implementation Specialist requires superb communication and project management capabilities, organisational and problem solving skills, as well as keen attention to detail. Additionally, an SMB Senior Implementation Specialist will need to be tech-savvy, understanding basic technical concepts in the area of integrations and open APIs, with the overall ability to learn and adapt quickly.

For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs.
