The iPPA & Trade Manager develops and embeds the long-term Price-Pack Architecture (PPA / OBPPC) and Trade Investment strategies for key categories. This position drives sustainable profitable growth by continuously optimizing the company's product portfolio and trade spend effectiveness, translating advanced analytics into opportunities, and fostering a robust RGM mindset across the organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
  • Lead Price-Pack workstreams: Develop, facilitate implementation, and monitor implementation of optimal iPPA / OBPPC strategies incl. pricing for defined portfolios across channels, leveraging advanced in-depth market and profitability analysis to maximize consumer value, market share and business growth
  • Lead Promotion Optimization: Derive data-based strategies to enhance promotional effectiveness and cross-functionally and facilitate implementation through pre-and post-event analytics
  • Trade Spend Efficiency: Assess and refine trade investment principles and trade term structures, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize
  • Drive RGM Mindset: Drive internal organizational mindset, capabilities, processes, tools in the RGM space in order to accelerate insights into action
  • Contribute to RGM Strategy: Support the Senior RGM Manager in annual planning cycle

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field required
  • minimum of 7-8 years CPG experience
  • Prior experience in Key Account or Marketing is a must, prior experience in RMG a strong plus
  • proficiency in verbal & written German & English is a must
  • ability to derive actions out data analysis and drive for results is a must

The salary is graded in the Collective Labor Agreement "Information and Consulting". If you meet the mentioned requirements the entry gross-salary for this position will be EUR 89000,-- per year, split up in 14 pays for full-time. We're willing to overpay, dependent on your professional work experience and qualification.
Relocation Support Available?
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
