Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the rollout and integration of LIMS across multiple sites. The role focuses strongly on system integration, including interfaces between LIMS and SAP/S4HANA, MES, and laboratory instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead LIMS rollouts across multiple sites.
- Drive integrations with SAP/S4HANA, MES, laboratory instruments, and other systems.
- Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical teams and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues and blockers proactively.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IT project management and system integration.
- Experience with complex interfaces and interconnected IT landscapes.
- Strong planning skills and ability to manage interdependencies.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong drive to completion and ownership mentality.
- Fast learner who can navigate complexity and unfamiliar systems.
- Experience with LIMS systems.
- Documentation of GxP within the Life Sciences/pharma industry.
