Als Senior IT System Engineer (m/w/d) übernimmst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Betrieb der IT-Landschaft von Cubicure. Du verantwortest Infrastruktur-, Migrations- und Security-Projekte und agierst gleichermaßen als Systemarchitekt und Systemadministrator. Dabei betreust Du moderne On-Premise-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Umgebungen, entwickelst interne Services weiter und stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb kritischer IT-Systeme sicher. Neben der technischen Umsetzung unterstützt Du den Second- und Third-Level-Support und arbeitest eng mit den Entwicklungs- und Serviceteams zusammen. Deine Aufgaben als (Senior) IT System Engineer (m/w/d) bei Cubicure
- Leite und realisiere IT-Projekte im Bereich Migration, Standardisierung, IT-Sicherheit und Infrastruktur.
- Entwerfe, implementiere und betreibe moderne On-Premise-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen.
- Administriere und unterstütze den Second- und Third-Level-IT-Support gemeinsam mit einem erfahrenen Team.
- Entwickle, betreibe und überwache interne Services sowie die Netzwerk-Infrastruktur.
- Optimiere IT-Systeme hinsichtlich Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance.
- Arbeite eng mit Entwicklungs- und Serviceteams zur Umsetzung IT-bezogener Projekte zusammen.
- Erstelle, überprüfe und aktualisiere Prozess- und Infrastrukturdokumentationen.
- Stelle die Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und Best Practices im IT-Betrieb sicher.
Deine Fähigkeiten und Expertise
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Lehre oder Studium im IT-Bereich.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt IT-Systemadministration, Cyber Security oder Second-/Third-Level-Support.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Server und Linux-Betriebssystemen.
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen IT-Architekturen sowie On-Premise-, Cloud- und Hybrid-Lösungen.
- Tiefgehendes Know-how im Bereich Netzwerke und IT-Sicherheit.
- Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastruktur- und Migrationsprojekten.
